If you've forgotten your password, you can easily reset it via email. If you've lost access to the email registered with Tarot Atlas, you'll need to contact support. We'll ask a few questions to verify your identity and help you reset your password with a new email.

If you decide to leave, you can delete your account by contacting support via chat or message. Please note that once your account is deleted, you won't be able to access it again.

Here at TarotAtlas, we are sure that tarot reading can't be done by AI. Tarot readings go beyond the cards – they are about a connection that involves great trust and instant wisdom. As much as AI can enhance comprehension of card meanings, it cannot be said to replace intuition.

A session is like a topic or folder created for both clients and tarot readers to organize your questions. Each session can hold an unlimited number of questions. Without sessions, managing your questions would be chaotic!

You can create a question within any session, and the tarot reader will provide an answer that includes the drawn cards and their interpretation. You'll also be able to see which cards were drawn, allowing you to check the reading with other tarot readers if desired. A transparent and honest step, right?

Questions can have three statuses: — Sent: The question has been sent. — Pending: The tarot reader is working on your reading. — Answered: The reading is complete, and you've received the answer. You'll receive an email notification when the status of your question changes.

Yes, you can delete empty sessions and archive those with answers. However, once archived, a session can be reactivated.

You have several options for paying for your questions. You can choose to pay for a single question, purchase a bundle of 5, 10 and more credits. The more credits you buy, the cheaper each question becomes - down to $12 from $25.

Tarot is a complex practice. When you ask a question, the tarot reader draws cards specific to you and your situation. Some changes in the situation may occur, making the reading feel less satisfying, but the tarot reader has accurately interpreted the cards. It means, if you are completely unsatisfied with your reading, we will provide a refund.
